• Parents of the selected candidates are requested to deposit the Admission Charges on

• Non – deposition of Admission Charges on any of the above mentioned dates & time will be considered as the cancellation of the seat. The seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate in the waiting list.

• Date of deposit for Waiting list candidates (as per availability of seat),December 18, 2011

• Parents are also requested to make sure that the following documents have been attached to the admission form:

• Attested copy of birth certificate of the candidate issued by Municipal Corporation.
• Attested copy of the highest degree of parents.
• Family Photograph of parents with the child.
• Four Passport size Photographs of the child to be admitted.

• Non-deposition of Admission Charges on the above date will automatically lead to the cancellation of the candidature. The seat in the circumstances will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
• Documents to be attached to the Admission Form (if not submitted): At the time of deposition of the Admission Charges, the parents must bring-in the following documents (both in original and a set of attested copies):
• Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.

• Copy of Degree / Certificate of Father’s Highest Qualification.

• Copy of Degree / Certificate of Mother’s Highest Qualification.

• Family Photograph with the Child to be admitted.
• Four Passport size Photographs of the child to be admitted.
